The Right Honourable Gordon Brown MP, Chancellor of the Exchequer, opens the Arches suite of high-tech incubators managed by the University of Manchester Incubator Company (UMIC).  Gordon Brown expressed interest in the garment technology and is seen here talking with CEO Mark Pedley and Co-inventor, Dr Paul Beatty.
