After completing his education in Applied Science (Engineering), Tom worked in a number of roles in agricultural engineering before entering the industrial sales market.
Following a degree in Applied Science Engineering Tom has for the past 20 years worked around the world for a number of multinational companies identifying, developing and implementing successful niche market sectors into which specialised Technology can be sold. In his current role as Executive Global Sales Director of Melba Industries his extensive knowledge and experience of evolving markets with a global respective is highly valuable to the Board
